And no more pump fakes and then jumping into the defender on purpose to draw a foul please. On a similar note, no calling fouls on the defense when guys drive hard into the lane and push away the defender with an elbow or shoulder.
I also think the NBA should do away with defensive 3 seconds (the old illegal defense) all together. I just don't want to watch Tim Duncan get the ball 15 feet from the basket, at which time his teammates all hurry to the other side of the court and he backs Anderson Verajao or whoever it is 1 on 1 to the hoop.
Am I missing anything?
I also like this one, mostly cuz Ken Jennings is in it and Argentina isn't in Europe.
I don't think it's that bad. These things go in cycles, and the boring Finals were just a product of a series of unfortunate incidents.
The three best teams, Dallas, Phoenix and San Antonio, are all in the same conference.
The two best teams, Dallas and Phoenix, both went down to fluke events.
And the fouls and flopping are nothing new.
I think it will get better, but I also agree that teams should be allowed to beat the crap out of each other to a certain extent in the playoffs (as long as no one leaves the bench of course ;).

the fouls and flopping are nothing new, but they're worse than ever. and they suck to watch.
take a cue from the NFL's competition committee. change is necessary.
