Short shorts.

In honor of Stockton and Sloan getting inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame, I wanted to post the greatest moment in Utah Jazz history: Ostertag blocking Olajuwon. I mean, Stockton absolutely dominating the Houston Rockets in the final two minutes of Game 6 of the 1997 Western Conference Finals. Mysteriously, I forget how the rest of that season ended...

At the end of this I thought to myself, "I didn't know Jerry Sloan could look joyful."

Then I realized I was smiling too.

My favorite part is still when Karl Malone holds Drexler to give Stockton the wide open shot. Awesome.

And looking at those numbers... Boozer ain't no Malone. He's an Ostertag. :(

Normally I am down with pointing out the uhmm, craftiness of Stockton and Malone, but you're way off on this one Mark.

It was a moving screen, not a hold. But I was impressed by how quickly Malone moved his feet.

Nah. It was both. You need to see the high quality version and the other camera angle. He was moving, but he was also holding.
