Thoughts on the Lost episode “A Tale of Two Cities”
Just what Lost needed... more characters. And is there anyway that less could have happened in a one hour episode?
I don’t think I have time for this anymore...

Ha! Totally agree. Lost is no longer a narrative, but a tone poem. The first five minutes were allright and then it was back to Jack being a complete psychopath. And I love how needless the dramatic tension was. Jack's Dad could have just said, "Yo. I ain't sleeping with your wife." But of course we needed to spin out the stupid yarn for a few more minutes so he kept his mouth shut.
Can we get rid of the flashbacks if they are not going to contribute to the show anymore?
Don't you see? The flashbacks are necessary to understand how truly complex I am. It's not JUST that I want to play "Prison Break" with the scrumptiously sassy fugitive murderer. . . c'mon.
I hate to bust your bubble Jack, but you have exactly two emotions: sanctimonious incredulity and pathetic lachrymose.
And it looks like the big question of the season will be:
Why was "Downtown" in the Talking Heads Speaking in Tongues CD case?
?????????????????????????????????
