I'm sure you can buy it in a store for cheaper... what a ripoff. Is Netflix turning into Blockbuster?
you could have just told them that it never showed up.
Or that it showed up, you watched it, but that it never made it back to them.
You obviously haven't considered the ethical dilemmas this entails.

20 bucks to replace the dvd ain't that bad imo.
weasing the juice in your situation would mean exploiting netflix and telling them it was the mail's fault.
