“Boot Camp” to boot
In case you’re not up on all the biggest and latest news, Apple announced yesterday a new program that is sure to melt the hearts of Logan and I (two of the suckers who bought PowerPC Macs within the last year).
It’s called Boot Camp and it’s seems to work really well.
The program allows you to install Windows XP (and likely Windows Vista... if it’s ever released) on to your shiny, new Intel Mac. There are a few drawbacks (all of which should be fixed early next year when OS X Leopard is released), but it’s still amazing.
And it’s making my PowerPC mini Mac’s first anniversary that much more tragic.

Yeah the Dual Boot is pretty sweet, but no 12'' MacBook Pro, no justice. Maybe when I get my sweet cushy corporate job I will buy one of those delightful MacMinis.
On an entirely unrelated note, Lost is on my shit list.
I love how the producers and writers seemed to have lost any notion of continuity. Sawyer becomes a badass again and decides to steal all of the guns and medicine? No worries - the next episode he will be chilling and playing cards with Jack. You would think that Jin would be pissed that Sawyer kidnapped him wife, but whatevers. And I thought Charlie was going to go all evil on us or that Ana and Jack were going to create an army. Not that it really matters since characters disappear for months at a time with nary a word (ie. I sure hope the monster isn't working on a commission basis).
After Hurley's episode, which was easily one of the weakest in the entire series, Season 2 is now officially bust.
Dude, I haven't watched the last two episodes of Lost. Thanks for the spoiler.
Oh, and by-the-way, you die on May 17, 2069.
MAJOR SPOILER ALERT:
Jack beats Sawyer in poker with wired kings, cuz he got mad skillz like that.
WIREDZ KINGZ LOL@N00B FISH
